“It all started as a gift for my nephew.”

My little nephew loves books. As a proud uncle, I wanted to give him a unique gift for his birthday. That's how I came up with the idea to write Zackie Zebra.

After my nephew fell in love with the book. I wanted to share the book with more kids. I decided to sell Zackie’s first adventure in my home country, The Netherlands. Within a year, I sold over 1400 copies. It was amazing to have so many kids enjoy Zackie’s first adventure, which convinced me to write a second story.

Together with Phoenix Tale Press I am now able to launch both books in the US. I want to offer kids all over the world the chance to enjoy Zackie’s adventures!
